GETTING TO ARKABA - FLINDERS RANGES

The Flinders Ranges offer one of the most accessible outback destinations in Australia - just 5 hours drive or one hour's flight from Adelaide or Kangaroo Island, four hours drive from the hills and valleys of the Barossa, three hour's drive from the Clare Valley wine region and little over an hour from Port Augusta. Arkaba is situated on the southern edge of Wilpena Pound and the Flinders Ranges National Park. 

ACCESS

5 hours’ drive from central Adelaide (assuming no significant stops along the way).

65 minute flight by private charter aircraft from Adelaide or Kangaroo Island

1 ¼ hours’ drive from Port Augusta (scheduled flights operate between Adelaide and Port Augusta with Sharp Airlines from Monday to Friday)

Private guided road transfer hosted by a local guide passing through the Clare Valley and can include wine tastings and lunch.
